Know all men by these presents that I, J. M. Weber being in ill health and of sound and disposing mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST: I hereby constitute and appoint my wife Emily Weber and my son John R. Weber to be sole Executors of this my last will directing my said Executors to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses and the legacies hereinafter given out of my estate.
SECOND: I devise to my said wife Emily Weber all of my real and personal estate so long as she shall remain unmarried and my widow with remainder thereof on her decease or marriage to my children John R. Weber, James T. Weber, Sarah C. Reynolds, Eli M. Weber, George E. Weber, William J. Weber, Annie E. Weber, Mary J. Weber and their heirs respectively, share and share alike.
THIRD: My three oldest Children John R. and James T. Weber and Sarah C. Reynolds having received after marriage one bed, one colt, one cow and calf, two sheep and two hogs my desire is that my other children Eli M., George E., William J., Annie E. and Mary J. Weber receive the same amount as they marry and become of age and then respectively share and share alike.
On testimony whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal and publish and declare this to be my last will and testament in the presence of the witnesses named below this 27th day of September 1886.

Personally appeared before me J. B. Shannon Clerk of the County and Probate Courts of Washington County, aforesaid W. V. Jobe and J. T. Erins to me well known, who being duly sworn, say; that they are the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing instrument of writing, purporting to be the last will and testament of John M. Webber deceased, that said instrument was executed at the time, place and by the person therein named, that said John M. Webber, the testator, was at the time of signing said instrument upwards of twenty one years of age and of sound and disposing mind and memory, and in the presence of both of these affiants he declared it to be his last will and testament and subscribed his name thereto in the presence of said testator affiants wrote their names to his will and in his presence and that the subscriptions to the foregoing instrument which is hereto attached is the identical one that affiants witnessed and saw the said John M. Weber sign.
