Will of William M. Anderson
I William Anderson of Sheridan, Worth County, Missouri, being of sound mind and memory do make, publish and declare this to be my Last will and Testament to wit:
FIRST desire that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be paid in full.
SECOND -I give and bequeath all the rest and residue of my property both real and personal to my beloved wife Sarah A. Anderson to be enjoyed by her during her lifetime and at her death to be equally divided among my lawful heirs.
THIRD I nominate and appoint my wife Sarah A. Anderson as Executor of this my Last will and testament to serve without bond hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this second day of January 1907.

We attest the above and foregoing will be subscribing our names hereto as witnesses in the presence of the testator and in the presence of each other this 2nd day of Jan 1907

County of Worth ) In the Probate Court
by it remembered that on the 21st day of Jan. 1907 before me _____judge of the Probate Court held in and for the County of Worth and State aforesaid personally appeared George Hague and C.H. Reid who are the subscribing witnesses to the annexed will of William Anderson deceased and being by me first duly sworn deposes and says that said William Anderson the testator subscribed the same in our presence and published and declared said will or instrument in writing to be his last will and testament and that at the time of signing the same he the said testator was of sound and disposing mind and more than 21 years of age and that deponents attested said will as witnesses thereto by subscribing their names to the same in the presence of the testator and of each other and at the request of the testator.
